How do I update my Name, Phone Number, Email or Delivery Information?

From time to time we know that details may need to be changed. If your contact details need changing, you can do this by creating a ticket on this page.

If your address needs changing, we would need the new address to be sent to us in writing via email due to rules within our terms of engagement between ourselves and our payment terminal. This is to minimise fraud and reprecussions. We will require you to confirm some security questions prior to changing the address. If you have paid via PayPal, we will be unable to alter the address. This is because in the event that fraud has occurred, we as a company have no standing when it comes to adding further information to your claim / case. In this circumstance, we would refund you and request either for you to place the order again or to place it over the phone with us. We understand this might be seen as a 'long winded' process however, we have a duty of care to all of our customers in the fight against cyber crime where by security is our a number one priority to us to protect our customers.

We will be able to update your information at any point however, please bear in mind that if your order has been shipped for delivery, we will be unable to alter any specific delivery information.
