Do I have to pay for returns?

If you find your rug unsuitable for any reason, we offer a full refund of the original purchase price if it is returned within 30 days of receiving your order. To notify us of your intention to return your order, please email [email protected].


Upon receiving your order, please retain the original packaging in case you need to return any items. When returning your order, please ensure it is suitably sealed in secure packaging to prevent any water damage or damage during transit. Failure to do so may result in Land of Rugs refusing to accept receipt of clearly damaged goods. Please note that a refund will not be issued for goods that have clear signs of use, are dirty, or damaged.


Land of Rugs will not assume responsibility for any goods that are damaged or go missing during transit while being returned. We recommend the use of an insured courier service when returning your order. Please also ensure that your return is adequately insured, as loss or damage during transit will not be compensated. To help us process your refund more quickly, please enclose a note with your name and order number.
