Can I return my order?

To return your order, kindly send the item to our Derby warehouse at Land of Rugs, Unit C, Abbey Court, Darley Abbey, Derby DE22 1DZ. Please ensure that the rug is appropriately packaged to prevent any damages during transit. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check and proceed with the refund. We aim to instruct all refunds within 48 working hours of receiving your return.

Please note that when returning goods, you must ensure they are SATISFACTORILY WRAPPED IN WATERPROOF HEAVY DUTY PACKING OR THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY PACKAGING AND THAT THEY ARE ADEQUATELY SEALED AGAINST BOTH THE WEATHER AND ANY ROUGH HANDLING INCLUDING DRAGGING DURING TRANSIT. No credit will be issued if goods are returned unwrapped or damaged.

Note ALL returns should be done so within 30 days of receiving your items.

Please ensure your return is adequately insured as loss or damage during transit will not be compensated.

Please enclose a note with your order number on it, this will assist our processing of the refund more quickly.

When the rug has been received and checked a refund will be issued; this may take up to 3 working days to appear on your account.

Whilst we do not endorse any courier services, here are some reputable online couriers who are known to collect parcels of all sizes, you can schedule the collection to take place from your address so it can be returned to us easily.

Receiving Your Refund

Upon receipt of your returned undamaged order and following our inspection of the returned goods with our Quality Check Team, we will issue the refund to your account used to purchase your original order. Please allow up to three working days for this to appear on your account statement. You will also receive an email notification to confirm that the refund has been issued.
